=====Filter Program===== Please note that to create a filter program, the following must be created first: * "Filter" Mainline - created under setup_mainlines * Valves for each of the backflush valves on the filter station - created under setup_manage valves * DP (Differential Pressure) sensor - created under setup_all sensors Should you require help in creating these, please contact your Farmsync Technician =====Creating a Filter Program===== {{ :programs:program_details1.png?nolink&400 |}} * A: “Name” – Enter a name for the Filter Program * B: “External Reference” – For Farmsync internal use only * C: “Station” – Select the relevant station that the filter is connected to from the dropdown list Press "Save" in order to set the rest of the settings for this program {{ :programs:program_details2.png?nolink&400 |}} * A: “Enabled Automatic Start” * It is important to note that if this function is ticked, the Flush program will run permanently, meaning even when no Valve program is running * If this option is taken, DO NOT add the Filter Flush program to a Valve Program, as this will cause a clash * If you want the Filter Flush program to run ONLY when the valve program is running, then this function must NOT be ticked * B: “Stop Remote Flush program when flushing done” – under construction * C: “Total Program Run Time (minutes)” – Enter the max Runtime (min) for the flush program * D: “Flush Duration (seconds)” – Enter the time duration (sec) allowed for each filter to flush * E: “Flush Time Duration (seconds)” – Enter the time allowed between filters to pass before the next filter flushes * F: “Minimum duration between flush operations (seconds)” – Enter the min time duration between flush cycles * G: “Min Pressure to enable pressure flush (Bar)” – Enter the min pressure difference between in & outlet of filter allowed before filter flushes * H: “Min Pressure to enable time flush (Bar)” – Enter the min pressure the system must supply for flushing to occur (refer to supplier filter specifications) * I: “Pressure Flush Delay (seconds)” – Enter the time (sec) allowed to pass for pressure difference to be higher than min before flush is enabled * J: “Flush Duration Delay (seconds)” – enter the duration of time that must past from when flushing is triggered before the flushing valves open (eg. allows time for Mainvalve to close) * K: “Flush on Start” – When enabled, filter will flush when program starts * L: “Flush on End” – When enabled, filter will flush when program stops * M: “Filter Start Delay (seconds)” – Duration of time allowed to pass after filter program has started before filter flushes See below example of flush program times explained: {{ :programs:1flush_timing.png?nolink&600 |}} {{ :programs:flush_timing.png?nolink&600 |}} {{ :programs:program_details3.png?nolink&400 |}} * A: “Flush Activated Sensor” – * B: “Flush Active Port” – * C: “Before Filter or Differential Pressure Sensor” – Select the relevant Pressure Sensor / DP Sensor from the dropdown list * D: “After Filter Pressure Sensor” – Select the relevant Pressure Sensor from the dropdown list (if DP Sensor was selected in C, then this sensor can be left to "Not Set" * E: “Remote Flush Program to Start when Flushing” – * F: “Remote Pause / Resume program when flushing” – Select the relevant program that must be paused if the flushing sequence is initiated, this program will resume once the flushing program is completed * G: “Mainline Control Valve” – Select the relevant Mainline Control Valve from the dropdown list, should one be present * H: “Mainline Control Valve Close Delay” – Enter the duration of time allowed to pass from when filter flush is initiated before the Mainline Control Valve must close * I: “Master Filter Program” – Select the relevant Filter program from the dropdown list * J: “Auto Start from Master Filter Program” – Enable if current filter program must start the same time as the Master Filter Program =====Flush Valves===== {{ :programs:flush_valves.png?nolink&400 |}} Choose from the dropdown lists below the relevant Flush Valves that were created for the Filter under “Setup_Manage Valves”; Provision has been made for 32 valves in total.
