Should you not be able to find what you are looking for, you are free to create a Ticket on our system & a Farmsync Technician will be in contact with you to assist with your needs.
Ticket System Your opinion matters. We at Farmsync strive to better our software & service to you on a daily basis. It is for this reason that we have created a Ticketing system in order to better log queries & suggestions. Below is a short explanation of how to do just that. A: Click on “Modules” B: Click on “Tickets”
Here you will be able to find a list of tickets already logged as well as their Status. To create a new Ticket, Simply click on the “+New” Button.
Below you can enter the required fields to help us categorize the issue at hand. Provision has also been made for a description of the problem / suggestion. Please Note that it would be greatly appreciated if you could include the steps already taken to fault-find & a detailed description of the actions taken leading up to the problem occurring. The more detail you give, the faster the problem can be solved. Attachments can be added when the save button is clicked.
When saved, the ticket will look like this: Details logged will be visible first. Attachments may now be added to help in the process.
Farmsync will be notified on the open ticket & will be in contact soon, either by replying on the ticket (this will show as a comment that is time stamped) or by Whatsapp. Work will be logged & when issue has been resolved, the ticket will be closed.
